Building custom AI solutions, AI agents, and real-world sales systems
On October 29, I was at AI Hub Frankfurt, presenting Saverflow AI and how we design and build custom AI solutions for real business problems.
The session was not about generic AI tools.
It was about systems, architecture, and execution.
What we showcased
We walked through real examples of how companies can move from isolated AI tools to fully integrated AI workflows.
1. Custom AI solutions
We showed how we develop AI systems tailored to the client’s process, data, and constraints.
No off-the-shelf templates.
No one-size-fits-all automation.
The focus was on:
Understanding the business workflow first
Designing the data layer correctly
Adding AI only where it creates real leverage
AI agents in practice
A big part of the demo was about AI agents and how they operate in production environments.
We showed how AI agents can:
Continuously scan public sources
Identify public tender opportunities
Match tenders to a client’s exact services, industries, and regions
Filter out irrelevant offers automatically
Deliver only high-quality, ready-to-act opportunities
This turns tender research from a manual, time-consuming task into an always-on system.
AI in sales
We also demonstrated how AI is changing sales workflows end to end.
The demo covered:
AI-supported lead research
Data enrichment across multiple sources
Buying-signal detection
Automated prioritization of accounts
Clean handover into CRM and sales outreach
The key message was clear:
AI in sales is not about sending more messages.
It is about sending the right message at the right time, based on real signals.
The main takeaway
Most companies talk about AI.
Very few build custom AI systems that actually fit their business.
The real value comes from:
Strong data engineering
Well-designed workflows
AI agents working in the background
Humans staying in control where it matters
Looking ahead
Events like AI Hub Frankfurt confirm one thing:
AI is moving fast, but execution quality matters more than ever.
Companies that invest in custom-built AI solutions, instead of stacking random tools, will have a clear advantage in 2026.
