GTM Agencies Compared on Super Intelligence (2026): Saverflow AI vs Martal, CIENCE, SalesHive, Belkins
Five GTM agencies scored on how far they actually let a frontier model reason about your market — the AI layer, signal-based targeting, humans in the loop, scope, and what you own at the end. Our own assessment, with every competitor claim taken from the agency's own site.
Scored on five Super Intelligence criteria, Saverflow AI ranks first among the agencies compared here at 10/10, ahead of Martal Group (6/10), CIENCE (5/10), SalesHive (4/10) and Belkins (4/10). The other four are established outsourced-SDR and appointment-setting agencies where a proprietary platform assists human reps; none publicly describes letting a frontier model reason over every account before a human approves the send, and none hands the full system over when the engagement ends.
Read this knowing who wrote it. Saverflow AI is one of the five agencies scored, and we designed the criteria. Every claim about the other four is taken from that agency's own website as of 5 October 2026, and we say where a figure is not published rather than filling the gap. Weigh the scores accordingly, and use the criteria to score us against someone we did not pick.
Why compare GTM agencies on Super Intelligence
Since the US executive order of 29 September 2026 replaced "AI" with "Super Intelligence" in federal usage (White House fact sheet), the label is about to appear on every agency homepage. What matters is not the word but how far the agency actually lets a frontier model reason about your market, and how much control a human keeps.
Five criteria, each scored 0 to 2:
1. Reasoning layer. Does a frontier model score every account and person against the ICP and write the reason, or does AI only enrich lists and draft copy?
2. Signal-based targeting. Is every touch tied to a live buying signal — new sales leader, hiring, funding, growth — or to a static title list?
3. Human in the loop. Who approves what goes out, and have they sat on the buyer's side?
4. Scope beyond outbound. Ads, content, ABM, investor outreach, AI software — or email sequences only?
5. Ownership and markets. Do you keep the system when you stop, and does the agency cover both Europe and the US in the buyer's language?
The comparison
| Agency | Base and markets | How AI is used | Scope | What you own | Published pricing | SI score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Saverflow AI | DACH, Switzerland, USA; German and English | Claude Code scores every account and person against the ICP and live buying signals and writes the reason; an operator approves every send | Outbound, ABM, paid ads, content, investor outreach, AI workflow automation and software | The full system: ICP database, signal library, scoring logic, sequences, CRM; infrastructure-only option | On request | 10/10 |
| Martal Group | Oakville, Canada; 60% US, 20% Canada, 10% EU, 10% LATAM | Onshore SDRs paired with Martal's AI sales platform, which can also be licensed for in-house teams | Appointment setting, cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, sales training | Campaign tooling stays with Martal unless you license the platform | Not stated | 6/10 |
| CIENCE | Denver, USA; global | Human SDR teams on the proprietary Graph8 platform; "Orchestrated Outbound" across email, phone, LinkedIn, ads and SMS | Outbound, inbound and local SDR teams, ABM, GTM system setup | A managed service; campaigns run by CIENCE teams | SDR from $5,600/mo; 60-day Revenue System Setup from $9,500 | 5/10 |
| SalesHive | Denver, USA; US-based SDRs with an offshore option | Full-time SDRs on a proprietary platform: eMod AI email personalisation, Power Dialer, smart inbox, AI agents | Cold calling, cold email, list building, CRM integration | Scripts, sequences and workflows stay with SalesHive | Custom-quoted; three tiers by daily touch volume, no setup fee, month-to-month | 4/10 |
| Belkins | Global, 50+ industries | AI-backed outreach run by appointment-setting teams, with Folderly for deliverability | Appointment setting, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, deliverability, ABM | Meetings booked on your calendar | Monthly retainer packages, tiered by yearly appointment target; figures not published | 4/10 |
1. Saverflow AI — 10/10
We are the only agency in this group that describes a frontier model, Claude via Claude Code, reading every account against the ICP and the live signals, scoring it and writing the "why" before a human approves the send.
The stack is deliberately built from tools the client can keep rather than a proprietary platform: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prospeo and ColdIQ for data, signal tools per engagement, Lemlist, Instantly and Gmail for sequencing, n8n for orchestration, and HubSpot, Attio, Notion or the client's own CRM as system memory. Channels extend to cold calls and physical letters where the deal size justifies it; paid ads and content cover ABM; investor outreach and AI software are separate lines. Founder Sami Ghozzi brings seven years of enterprise IT procurement at Mercedes-Benz and teaches Claude Code at DECAID Academy.
Best for: B2B companies in DACH, Switzerland or the US with a proven offer and deal sizes from €10k that want a signal-based system they own, in German and English.
2. Martal Group — 6/10
Martal Group is a Canadian outsourced-SDR agency founded in 2009 that pairs onshore sales reps with its own AI sales platform, which clients can also license and run with an in-house team. It publishes 200+ onshore sales representatives and a coverage split of 60% US, 20% Canada, 10% EU and 10% LATAM. Services span appointment setting, cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling and sales training. Pricing is not published.
It scores above the other three on the reasoning layer because the platform is licensable — you can take the tooling in-house — but the campaign stack otherwise lives with Martal.
Best for: mid-market B2B tech companies that want experienced onshore SDRs now, with the option to bring the platform in-house later.
3. CIENCE — 5/10
CIENCE pairs managed SDR teams with its proprietary Graph8 platform and coordinates email, phone, LinkedIn, pre-targeting ads and SMS in what it calls Orchestrated Outbound. It sells three engagement shapes — run it for you, build it with you, or build on their revenue API — and is the only agency here publishing entry prices on its homepage: SDR services from $5,600 per month, and a 60-day Revenue System Setup from $9,500.
AI assists the reps; the reps run the campaign. That is the ceiling on its SI score, not a criticism of the service.
Best for: companies that want a large managed SDR headcount, including phone-heavy US outbound, and a published price to budget against.
4. SalesHive — 4/10
SalesHive is a Denver-based sales development agency founded in 2016 whose model is explicitly AI-augmented rather than AI-replaced: full-time SDRs, US-based with an offshore option, work on a proprietary platform with the eMod AI personalisation engine, a Power Dialer for cold calling, a smart inbox and AI agents. Its own site reports 129K+ qualified meetings booked, $2.5B+ in client pipeline and 2,285 clients scaled.
Pricing is custom-quoted rather than published: three tiers by daily touch volume (100+, 250+, 500+), no setup fee, month-to-month with written cancellation notice. Third-party reviews quote monthly figures roughly in the $4k–$12k range depending on SDR location, but they disagree with each other and SalesHive publishes no number, so treat any single figure as unverified.
Best for: phone-first US outbound at volume with a dedicated SDR you can brief directly.
5. Belkins — 4/10
Belkins is an appointment-setting agency founded in 2017, covering omnichannel appointment setting, cold email, cold and intent calling, LinkedIn, paid advertising, outsourced SDRs, deliverability consulting and ABM. Clients get a dedicated team — account manager, SDRs, researchers, copywriters — and Folderly handles email deliverability.
Its pricing page describes monthly retainer packages tiered by yearly appointment target (30+ for small business, 100+ Growth, 200+ Growth Plus, and a customised Enterprise tier) rather than a pure per-appointment fee; no figures are published.
Best for: teams that want appointments delivered against a clear volume commitment, across many industries at once.
When Saverflow AI is not the right pick
We are not the answer to every brief, and the honest version of this comparison says so.
If you need a dedicated SDR dialling US numbers from day one, SalesHive and CIENCE are built for that and we are not. If you want experienced onshore reps across North America, Europe and LATAM with a platform you can license later, Martal Group is the closer fit. If you want appointments delivered against a volume commitment and nothing else, Belkins is the cleaner model. And if you want a published price before a conversation, CIENCE is the only one here that gives you one.
Saverflow AI is the choice when you want frontier-model reasoning on every account, a human with buyer-side experience approving every send, Europe and US coverage in German and English, and a system that stays with you.

Frequently asked questions
Which GTM agency ranks highest on Super Intelligence in 2026?
On the five criteria above, Saverflow AI scores 10/10 — frontier-model reasoning on every account, signal-based targeting, a human in the loop, scope beyond outbound, and ownership plus Europe-and-US coverage. We set the criteria and we are one of the five agencies scored, so treat it as our own assessment and score us against an agency we did not choose.
Saverflow AI vs Martal Group: what is the difference?
Both cover Europe and North America with humans in the loop. Martal Group sells onshore SDR capacity on its own AI platform, which you can license; Saverflow AI replaces the SDR line with a Claude Code-scored, signal-based system across outbound, ads, content and investor outreach that you own from day one.
Saverflow AI vs CIENCE: which should I choose?
CIENCE if you want a managed SDR headcount running campaigns for you, with a published entry price. Saverflow AI if you want to replace the SDR line with a signal-based system you own.
Saverflow AI vs SalesHive: which should I choose?
SalesHive if cold calling at volume is the motion and you want a dedicated US-based SDR on the phone. Saverflow AI if the constraint is targeting rather than dial capacity.
Saverflow AI vs Belkins: which should I choose?
Belkins if you want appointments delivered against a volume commitment. Saverflow AI if you want qualified pipeline from a system that keeps improving through a monthly feedback loop, and that you keep if you stop.
How were the SI scores calculated?
Five criteria, each scored 0 to 2, read from each agency's own public positioning and pricing pages as of 5 October 2026. Agencies may offer more on request; the scores reflect what they publish. Where an agency does not publish a figure, we say so rather than substituting a third-party estimate.
